Have you chosen a bottle to open on Saturday Night for Open That Bottle Night?
I’ve got two, but I’m not too sure about either.
You can join in the discussion on Zoom with a few experts around the country to see what they have in mind.
Maybe you can have a glass of something younger or less special to sip and discuss as well.

Do you chill red wines?
If it’s over 30 degrees I do. I also chuck an ice block into a glass if it is at real room temperature. Most light to medium bodied reds can be enjoyed chilled through the summer months. You don’t have to stick to whites and roses. Heavier reds with high alcohol content can also be improved by the minor dilution afforded by an ice block.
Wine Selectors have a nice offer called Med Red Moments. - lighter styles, alternative varieties.
